Every rim produced by AMV undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure no leakage.
After the turning stage, a robot transfers the hoop to a special machine for testing in which an air pressure of more than 4000 mbar is applied inside the hoop. If any leakage is detected, the circle is discarded. Although this process may lengthen production time, it ensures that our products achieve a superior, certified and guaranteed quality standard.
